RCM3 – Public Course
The RCM3 3-Day course is a comprehensive and in-depth study of Marius Basson’s RCM3 work.  The participant will gain the knowledge and understanding of how RCM3 is applied to physical asset management to reduce overall risk.  The participant will learn how to work in a facilitated RCM3 analysis to develop Operating Context, Functions, Functional Failures, Failure Modes, Effects, assess risk, understand consequence of failure, and finally how to develop Action Plans.
